The BIW Book Club will have its next meeting on Sunday, March 15, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.   We will be discussing a book of short stories by Barnarnd alumna, Ottessa Moshfegh (2002), Homesick for Another World.

Moshfegh is an acclaimed novelist, but is held in awe for her short stories which are described as "eerily unsettling . . .something dangerous, while also being delightful and even laugh-out-loud  funny."  Her characters are an odd lot who in their own idiosyncratic ways, are seeking connection, but like so most of humanity,  often tripping themselves up in the process.

We will meet in the home of Rachel Gafni.  Details will be provided upon registration.
