Retired New York Supreme Court Appellate Division Associate Justice and Retired White & Case Environmental Law Partner and Columbia Law School Adjunct Prof. , coordinate the Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization project (), a pro bono Project with the mission of developing an online collection of model laws that policymakers can adopt to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The LPDD.org website includes more than 70 model laws as well as more than 2,000 existing laws, best practices, and policy documents touching on 34 different pathways to reducing emissions in the United States, at every level of government (and some in the private sector).Marcy KahnRick HorschLPDD.org
